Account profiles, study submissions, source documents, review responses and workflow history are stored to support the research process. Operational analytics use aggregate measures; administrator access does not grant access to confidential protocols.
Document handling
Upload only information your institution permits this workspace to hold. Source files and submitted versions are retained with their provenance. Contact the institutional administrator about retention, correction and access requests.
Analysis services
Structured checks use the submitted content. Language-model analysis runs only when an institutional connection is configured and a user requests it. External literature search is an explicit action. Institutional deployment requires a reviewed data-handling and retention policy.
